(Minebea) and Matushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (Matsushita) on April 1st, 2004. he intention was to combine the equipment and R&D teams of both companies to work together in collaborated development and joint production to speed up the process of technological innovation. This would also shorten the time required for new products to be released in the market and reduce production costs so as to give the "NMB-MAT" brand the edge to compete in the global market and to assume the leading position in the industry.
